Children's Medical Center Dallas
Children's Medical Center Dallas is a private, not-for-profit pediatric healthcare provider. The Children's system is licensed for 483 beds and has more than 50 subspecialty programs. The Dallas hospital is the only designated Level I trauma center for pediatrics in Texas. Children's Medical Center at Legacy opened in 2008 to extend the world-class care of Children's to patients and families north of Dallas and beyond.
As the primary pediatric teaching facility for The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, the medical staff at Children's conducts research that is instrumental in developing treatments, therapies, and greater understanding of pediatric diseases.
