Rotation Schedule

Our core curriculum provides a broad and deep foundation in pediatrics by exposing residents to a wide spectrum of illness encountered in settings ranging in acuity from ambulatory care, the emergency department (a level I trauma center), and inpatient medicine, to our level I Intensive Care Unit.

Our program has used its remarkably diverse patient care opportunities to build a more flexible individualized curriculum that allows us to offer each of our residents the opportunity to help shape their own training and career path while ensuring that they receive a well-rounded pediatrics education.

Off-campus required rotations

  • A few of our required rotations (adolescent, community pediatrics, development) are off-campus as part of our conscious efforts to meaningfully engage in our community.  We also encourage our residents to design and pursue other opportunities off campus and around the globe during their individualized curriculum or through our global health opportunities.
