World-Class Facilities
Our training program has access to one of the nation’s top children's hospital, a world-class medical school and other fine healthcare institutions. With the exception of the multiple primary care community sites and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, all facilities are physically joined. Each resident will obtain virtually all of their training under one roof with a diverse group of patients.
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas ranks among the top academic centers in the world. Its faculty members - who are responsible for a broad array of groundbreaking biomedical research advances - are respected for the dedication to teaching.
Children's Medical Center is staffed for 487 beds and is a private, not-for-profit pediatric hospital dedicated to treating all children, regardless of their ability to pay. Parkland Memorial Hospital, also rated as one of the country's finest hospitals, is physically connected to Children's Medical Center and is the home to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Intermediate Care Nurseries and Special Care Nurseries.
