Physician experience
The Physician Experience Team is your on-site campus concierge with a main focus to ensure a positive experience while working at the hospital. Our team strives to enhance the physician’s experience and advocate for the physician voice at Children's Health Plano Campus. We are always available to address any needs or alleviate issues that you have identified at our facility, so you may spend more time focusing on providing high-quality care our patients deserve.
The Physician Experience Team:
- Assists in coordinating efforts to onboard and orient physicians on campus with a focus on enhancing physician experience
- Continually builds a deep understanding of the complex and diverse needs that physicians have navigating the Children’s Health system and respective pain points that could occur at each campus
- Fosters a deep appreciation for diversity, equity and inclusion in developing physician experience in relation to our team members, patients and community population
- Engages in discussions around campus operation improvements that will enhance your interaction and experience while on our campus
We are a premier physician resource at Children's Health focused on providing solutions. If there are any questions, needs, issues you have encountered while on campus or if you would like to schedule a tour of our Plano location, please reach out to the Plano Physician Experience team at: PhysicianExperiencePlano@childrens.com
