Jesse Banales, M.D. is a neonatologist at Children's Health℠ and an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in neonatal and perinatal medicine.

Dr. Banales earned his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine/Children’s Hospital of San Antonio and received advanced training in neonatal and perinatal medicine through a fellowship at UT Southwestern.

Dr. Banales is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Gold Humanishm Honor Society.
