Biography

Peter Luckett, M.D., is a pediatric pulmonologist at Children's Health℠ and is the Medical Director of the Respiratory Care Department. He specializes in respiratory problems of patients with neuromuscular disorders. He is a Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Luckett earned his medical degree at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed a residency in pediatrics. He received advanced training in pediatric pulmonology and cellular physiology through a fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center.

Dr. Luckett is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and a member of the American Association for Respiratory Care, the American Thoracic Society, the Pediatric Acute Lung Injury and Sepsis Investigators Network, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
