A virtual visit is a quick, convenient and secure way to see a health care provider through video using your smartphone, tablet or computer. You can have a virtual appointment from the comfort of your home or virtually anywhere you go. All you need is your device and a Wi-Fi or cellular connection.

Virtual visits are available for anyone, but for children under 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to create an account for access.

What can a provider diagnose through virtual visit?
