Appointments
Please call our office at 469-303-0682 to make your child’s appointment. Our front desk team will do our best to schedule it at a time that’s convenient for you. We work to provide prompt care for your child with sick visits on Saturdays, by appointment only, starting at 8 a.m.

Medical Records Requests
Many records can be requested through MyChart patient portal or the Children’s Health mobile app at no charge.
If you are not able to request copies of your child’s medical records through MyChart or do not have a MyChart account, you may request medical records in person, by mail, or fax. A copy fee may be applied for this type of request.
